"so incredibly proud of myself for sticking to these last 6 weeks. 


At times I have felt it hard to get up and get moving but the support I’ve had from everyone in the group has been incredible! 


In 6 weeks I’ve lost 8.6lbs and 12.5 inches, which of course was the main reason for me joining the work off but Never did I ever imagine it helping me get back to actually me feeling like me and not just ‘a mum’. 


I constantly made the excuse off ‘I’ve not got the time to exercise’ but I’ve actually got a lot more time than I thought and taking that time out to get the extra steps in has mentally helped me into a much better place. 


Thank you for everything Callum, Emma & Jonny and all the ladies for being so supportive ❤️

"Before starting, I was very dubious of how an online programme would really work.

 
How could I find any of my already lacking motivation when I’m still at home? 


When I asked about, everyone had either, done the Work-off or knew somebody who had. So I thought what’s to loose??


Callum makes sure you get stuck in right from the get go. From being accountable from the beginning and seeing everyone else quickly helps you find that motivation. 


I have learnt so much more than I thought from Callum and his team. I have actually learnt it’s better to eat more (of better things) to loose weight and pushing yourself really does pay off!


It’s definitely made me rethink lots about lifestyle choices and my mindset. Callum makes it so easily sustainable not just ‘another diet’. I’m excited to carry on going!


If you are considering starting, definitely go for it! "

"I’ve struggled with my weight since starting with my endometriosis 15 years ago and unfortunately that’s not something that’s going away anytime soon but I’ve learnt I can actually achieve something! 


I’m actually going to miss posting each evening and being accountable for everything i have achieved that day or sometimes even what I haven’t achieved because of my endometriosis, but this programme has taught me that’s it’s ok not to be perfect, as long as I am mindful and do even a tiny bit at my worst then it doesn’t just undo everything I did around the pain days! 


I’ve always gone up and down constantly on the scales but thanks to Callum and his team I’ve finally realised that the scale really doesn’t matter, because actually I was disappointed with being ‘only’ 4lb down although after a body total of 15 inches down and seeing my photos I thought why should I not share my photos and be proud of what I’ve achieved although I’m not where I want to be yet but now it’s time to stay on track until the next work off! 


A massive well done to everyone, Thankyou again Callum"
